These are a couple of things
that distinguish us from our competitors

We have vast experience

The Computer Shop was formed in 2012 with the ethos to build a repair business that focused on unparalleled service, customized solutions and outstanding results for it’s clients.

All our PC systems are designed assembled & tested here in Brightlingsea. Keeping local jobs for local people. We only use the latest high-quality components from leading manufacturers in our systems.

Our products have the latest spec Intel & AMD, processors in our system. That is thoroughly tried and tested in our workshop before products go out for delivery. All systems come with the latest version of Microsoft Windows 11, we also install anti-Virus Software, and utilities pre-installed free of charge when you purchase a product from us.

We do not use any third-party companies to outsource our work we do everything here in shop from us building, upgrading your components in your home PC, gaming PC, or laptop. We also cater for when everything goes wrong from broken screens, keyboards, viruses and everything else in between.

When you purchase a laptop from us we take it out the box, we charge the battery for you, set the computer up so you can go home and start using it straight away with no updates needing to be installed. We remove all the ‘bloatware’ software that is installed by the manufacturer.

We repair all popular brands

We are proud that we can fix almost any model of a computer or laptop. We always have a lot of spare parts, monitors, motherboards and a lot of other.

Specialising in everything from PC repairs and sales to hardware installation, we will respond to all enquiries offering our professional solutions.

The Computer Shop is an independent business and we pride ourselves on offering affordable services to members of the community, so please get in touch if we can be of service or come and visit us in the shop.

We offer a friendly, professional service in Brightlingsea and the surrounding area. We pride ourselves in turning around older PCs to make them faster, saving you the cost of a new computer. In the current economic climate it’s far better to upgrade your current set up than buy a new machine. It’s also great news for the environment: even when a system is past its life, we will strip it down and recycle every usable item from it.
